Predominately, we collect personal data to fulfil orders. Name, address and contact information is collected during the checkout process so that we’re able to deliver orders and meet our contractual obligation to you.

Orders are currently dispatched using Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx so we share your name, address and some contact information with those delivery companies to complete your order.
Card payment data is processed by EKM Pay (a service powered by ClearAccept), Opayo (previously known as SagePay) or PayPal.
Your rights to your personal data
You have the right to request:

- The correction of personal data when it’s incorrect, out of date or incomplete.
- That we stop using personal data if opted-in to marketing communications.
- That we stop using personal data for consent-based marketing after you withdraw consent.
Where is your data processed?
We store and process personal data within the European Union.
Personal data is not transferred outside of the European Union, with the exception of personal data passed to delivery companies to fulfil non-EU orders.
Opting out of direct marketing
You can opt-out of direct marketing at any time. If you wish to do so, click ‘unsubscribe’ in any email communication that we send to you. We will then remove you from the email list.
